These materials were not created by NYSERDA and accessing these links will bring you to an external website not affiliated with NYSERDA. Additionally, not all training content available on the Keeper Security website will be displayed on this page. Only a handful of curated User Guides and Video Tutorials were included that represent a comprehensive overview of the Keeper Security application.

Web Vault & Desktop App

This user guide reviews how to set up and use the Keeper Security both the cloud and desktop versions of Keeper Security. Expand the link below to review all the relevant topics in this User Guide that would be beneficial for you to review. Some topics that are currently in this User Guide we not included in the link below because the information in them, generally, does not apply to NYSERDA.

Master Password LoginThis section contains two parts. The New User Registration part will walk a user through setting up their Keeper Security account. NYSERDA does not use Enterprise SSO Login at this time so this part can be skipped.
Creating RecordsThis section reviews how to create new Records in Keeper Security. Records are used to store Website Username and Password information.
Importing PasswordsThis section reviews how to import Usernames and Password already stored in other applications such as your Web Browser, alternative Password Management applications or from a Text (.csv) file. If you do not currently use other programs to store and manage website usernames and passwords, this section can be skipped.
Creating Folders and SubfoldersThis section reviews how to create Folders in Keeper Security to more efficiently organize Records. This section also contains one additional part (Moving & Shortcuts) that reviews how to move folders and records and create shortcuts for each.
Search FeatureThis section reviews how to search for and filter Records, Folders and Payment Information you have stored in Keeper Security.
Password GeneratorThis section reviews how to use Keeper Security to create passwords for you.

KeeperFillKeeperFill is the name of the Browser Extension that can be added to your internet browser. This section reviews how to auto-launch a website and pre-fill login information right from within the Keeper Security Browser Extension. Additionally, this section has one additional part that reviews how to change website password using KeeperFill.
Sharing Records & FoldersThis section reviews how to share records and folders with other users. You can only share records or folders with users who have active Keeper Security licenses.
Record HistoryThis section reviews how to access the history of a Record in your vault.
Vault Offline AccessThis user guide reviews how you can access your Keeper Security Vault when you do not have access to the internet.
