Clear old or expired saved passwords on your Devices
Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the Profile icon, and then the Google Password Manager icon.
Select the three horizontal dots and click delete next to every entry that uses your NYSERDA username/email address or if the site has NYSERDA in its name.
Microsoft Edge:
If you use Edge, or have ever used Edge, please open that browser and select three horizontal dots in the top right hand corner, then select Settings towards the bottom.
Click the Passwords option.
Select the three horizontal dots and click delete next to every entry that uses your NYSERDA username/email address or if the site has NYSERDA in its name.
Firefox:
Open Firefox and in the upper right hand corner click the three horizonal lines, then click Settings towards the bottom of the list.
On the menu that comes up, click the Privacy & Security tab on the right hand side, then scroll down to Passwords and click Saved passwords.
Select each site that has your NYSERDA username or email address listed and then select Remove towards the right hand side.
