When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.


1. At the top right corner of your chrome browser there are 3 stacked dots "

  • This is the control page for all settings related to chrome internally




2. Select settings




3. Scroll to the bottom and click the drop-down arrow where "Advanced" is listed




4. Navigate to section "privacy and security" then select "content settings" option listed second from the bottom of the section







5. The first option you see is "cookies" click cookies





6. Select see all cookies and site data










7. From here you have 3 options

  • 1. Remove all
  • 2. Individually select what you want to remove by clicking the trashcan icon (right side)
  • 3. Search for a website that has issues with login (top right: search bar) in order to only delete saved site data and cookies from this specific website
    NOTE: cookies listed below are unique to your browser (will be different from ones listed below)
