Multi-Factor Authentication – iOS
Multi-factor authentication will need to be re-entered every month when your Microsoft token expires. This will arise as an authentication error in your Mail App. Here are the instructions to re-enter your password.

  1. Go to the settings app on your phone
  2. Scroll to the passwords and accounts icon

       3. Click on the NYSERDA account to access it


    4. Press Re-Enter Password in order to begin authentication process

      5. This will bring you to an Office 365 Authentication screen. On this page enter your NYSERDA username and password


      6. Finally you will need to enter Secureauth Passcode (see instructions for installing secureauth) to finish process


     7. This should return to the iOS account screen and Re-Enter Password will be gone. Once this is set you can re-open your Mail application and your email will sync
