Before your device can be supported by the NYSERDA Google Enterprise instance, it must first be enrolled.  Here's how to do it:

  1. Turn on the Chromebook and follow the on-screen instructions until you see a sign-in screen:

    • If the initial sign-in screen is the Chromebook sign-in, proceed to step 2.

    • If the initial sign-in screen is the Enterprise Enrollment sign-in, proceed to step 3.

  2. Choose either option below to access the Enterprise Enrollment sign-in:

    • Press Ctrl+Alt+E.
    • Click More options and then Enterprise enrollment
  3. Enter the username and password from your Google admin welcome letter on the Enterprise Enrollment screen.

  4. When you get a confirmation message that the device is successfully enrolled, click Done.

  5. The screen will revert to the Chromebook sign-in. Sign into the Chromebook using the same login and password used to log into the Enterprise Enrollment.
