How To Turn on your Out of Office Agent
- Click on the "File" tab from the ribbon bar
- Select "Automatic Replies (Out of Office)"
- Select the "Send Out of Office auto-replies"
- {}Recommended but Optional{} Select "Only send during this time range:" and set the appropriate start and end dates and times.
- On on the "Inside My Organization" tab set your custom message for NYSERDA staff.
- Select the "Outside My Organization" and put a check in the "Auto-reply to people outside my organization" and set your custom message that you would like people outside NYSERDA to receive.
- Click "OK"
