Outlook: Turning on the Out Of Office Message

Click on the File tab from the ribbon bar.

Select Automatic Replies (Out of Office).

Select the Send Out of Office auto-replies.

(**Recommended but Optional**) Select Only send during this time range: and set the appropriate start and end dates and times.

On on the Inside My Organization tab set your custom message for NYSERDA staff. 

Select the Outside My Organization and put a check in the Auto-reply to people outside my organization and set your custom message that you would like people outside NYSERDA to receive.

Click OK.
