Outlook: Turning on the Out Of Office Message
Click on the "File" tab from the ribbon bar.
Select "Automatic Replies (Out of Office)"
Select the "Send Out of Office auto-replies"
(**Recommended but Optional**) Select "Only send during this time range:" and set the appropriate start and end dates and times.
On on the "Inside My Organization" tab set your custom message for NYSERDA staff.
Select the "Outside My Organization" and put a check in the "Auto-reply to people outside my organization" and set your custom message that you would like people outside NYSERDA to receive.
Click "OK".
