1. Dial NYSERDA's main number, 1-518-862-1090
2. While the initial greeting is playing press star *. 
3. Enter your four-digit phone extension when prompted
4. Enter your personal voicemail pin when prompted
5. and phone PIN when prompted. 
6. This will allow you to

   access the standard Voicemail interface.
