Accessing Your NYSERDA Voicemail Remotely
- Dial NYSERDA's main number, 1-518-862-1090
- While the initial greeting is playing press star *.
- Enter your four-digit phone extension when prompted
- Enter your personal voicemail pin when prompted
- and phone PIN when prompted.
- This will allow you to access the standard Voicemail interface.
