Overview

This software is required for connecting to your NYSERDA Virtual machine from a computer other than the one at your

desk

in-office location.

 

It can be installed on your personally owned machine to enable you to securely connect to your NYSERDA desktop while out of the office.

Process

Your archives, Outlook, NYSERDA printer, assigned drives, etc. are all accessible.

You will be prompted to enter your SecureAuthRADIUS

user name

username and passcode

username as you normally would, then enter the six-digit number being generated by the SecureAuth application from your phone.

If the previous step was done correctly, you will be prompted

Now you can view your desktop from home as if you were in the office, your archives and Outlook are all accessible as are the printers at NYSERDA, the drives assigned to you and so on.
