The instructions on this page review how to configure Secure Printing from the office. Secure printing requires you to establish a pin code to enter in on a NYSERDA printer to ensure that only you are able to access the printed file from a printer. |

Step 1: File>Print or Ctrl P (press control button at bottom left of keyboard and ‘P’ simultaneously) and select your printer of choice

Step 3: Job Type: click the drop-down menu and select secure print

Step 4: Password prompt will be shown: type in a numeric password 4-10 digits in length

Step 5: Press ‘Ok’ on all the screens until you are back at the standard print set up screen

Step 7: Go to physical printer and enter the job list. Accessed by pressing home button that looks like a house and clicking on jobs.

Step 9: Find your job by looking for your computer login id in the list and select your account
