Introduction

Overview

This software is required for connecting to your NYSERDA Virtual machine from a computer other than the one at your desk.  It can be installed on your personally owned machine to enable you to securely connect to your NYSERDA desktop while out of the office.

UI Step

From your PC/Laptop go to: https://desktop.nyserda.ny.gov/ and click on the "Install VMWare Horizon Client icon.

Choose the appropriate software installation for your computer's operating system and click on

You will be prompted to enter your SecureAuthRADIUS user name and passcode

Now you can view your desktop from home as if you were in the office. Your archives,

as are the printers at NYSERDA, the drives assigned to you and so on
