When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.


1. At   On the top right corner of your chrome browser there are 3 stacked dots "

2. Select More tools & then "Clear browsing data" Image Removed

3. Scroll to the bottom and click the drop-down arrow where "Advanced" is listed Anchor_GoBack_GoBack Image Removed 4. Navigate to section "privacy and security" then select "content settings" option listed second from the bottom of the section Image Removed

5. The first option you see is "cookies" click cookies Image Removed
6. Select see all cookies and site data Image Removed
7. From here you have 3 options

On the new window that comes up uncheck "Browsing history" & "Cached Images and files" so that "Cookies and other site data" is the only box checked.

4.  Close out and reopen Chrome to complete.
