If you log into a virtual machine and you need to connect to your "T" drive (known as your Team drive) here are a few options available:

  1. Use the Z drive: When you log in, some drives are automatically mapped (like your U drive). We have added an additional drive called your "Z" drive which for most users is functionally the same as your "T"  It looks like this:
  2. If you have a bunch of shortcuts that point to the "T" drive, that's less helpful.  Here's how to map it:
    1. Open "This PC" - click the start menu and just start typing "This PC" it will appear.  Launch it
    2. Then, click on the "Computer" tab, and select "Map Network Drive"

Make sure that the T letter is selected for the Drive and that the Folder is: \\nas4\DEPTS
Keep "Reconnect at sign-in" selected and
Keep "Connect using different credentials" empty.
      Click Finish.
  3. Your drive is mapped!
