WebEx: Leveraging NYSERDA Conference Room Technology

You are able to join WebEx Meetings or Webinars using NYSERDA's conference room technology. This page outlines how to set up this technology. Note: to have host control, it is suggested to launch your meeting on a laptop as well to interact with hand raising and muting/unmuting.

Al WebEx invites come with information to use in order to join from any conference rooms. 

  • Your Personal Room information exists under the More ways to join option.

  •  If you need to join or are planning a Webinar, the pertinent meeting information corresponds to Panelist numeric password and Video Address.

Picking up the video conference remote will activate the call feature for the video conference. Select the call option. If the feature does not activate you can click on the green button on the remote to manually activate it.

Use the remote to scroll up to the Search or dial option.

Begin entering the video address found in Step 1. The letters can be added using the on screen keyboard. 

Once entered, using the remote, click on the green Call button. 

Using the remote, click on the Share in call button.
