Program Content Records include questions that proposers must answer and documents that they will upload when submitting proposals. Before adding additional questions, click "Go to List" to see a full list of all the questions. When the full list opens, the questions (previously the Checklist Questions and Disclosure of Prior Findings of Non-Responsibility) proposers must answer are already populated.

To create a new Program Content Record:

Click "New Program Content" to add additional questions, documents, or attachments applicable to your solicitation.

Click the "Record Type" dropdown list (1) and select the record type. Click "Continue" (2) to enter the record details.

There are three common Program Content Records you can add:

  1. Additional Questions
  2. Attachments and Documents
  3. Scoring Rubrics and Score Sheets
