Printing: Print your documents while remote
Print from Office.com
Go to www.office.com and log in with your NYSERDA credentials. Open up the document you need to print. If your document is on your virtual machine or one of the NYSERDA Shared drives (T, G, P, etc) then copy it to your OneDrive! and then open it at www.office.com
For this example, we'll use a Word document. Find the document you need to print and then open it in the browser.
Click on File, and then Print.
Office Online will then generate the document and use the web browser's printing dialog to print it. Since your browser is local to your computer, it'll know about any printers you have installed on that computer, so you'll be able to print!
Email, call or submit a service desk ticket if you're having trouble!
