Internet Explorer: Clearing Cookies
Select options in top right located next to the smiley face icon.
Select internet options located near the bottom of the drop-down menu
Under the General tab look for the Browsing History section located near the bottom. Select Delete.
Third option down. Make sure the Cookies and website data option is selected. Press Delete and confirm if prompted.
