How To: Submit a Document to be Printed Directly from an Email *The steps below can be used from a computer or mobile device*

  1. Open a new email or forward an existing email to XeroxMP@nyserda.ny.gov


  1. If not already attached, attach the desired file that you wish to print and click send.

  1. Once sent the system will send a reply back with a confirmation number for your print job.
  2. Go to your local printer and select the "Mobility Suite" icon.
  3. Enter the confirmation number that you received in the reply email that you received earlier. In this example it was "7102". Once entered select "Login"
  4. Select the items that you wish to print. In this case I've selected both the attachment and the email that the attachment came in. Once you have the desired items selected hit the "Print" button.
  5. Your print job will move through a processing view window similar to the printer's print queue.
  6. Your print job will come out of the printer just as a normal print job would each on its own sheet of paper if you selected multiple documents. In this example we see both the attachment and the email matching what was selected in step 6.
