MyEnergy: Application Management
Submit an Application
Navigate to MyEnergy Home Page and click Start My Journey.
Click Start My Plan.
On the Applicant Information screen, select your role and, if applicable, who you are applying on behalf of, then click Next.
Enter Assistance Information and click Next.
Enter Physical Address Information and click Next.
Select Household Income Range and click Next.
Select Home Improvement Project and click Next.
Review Eligibility Details then select Continue Application.
Enter and upload Appliance Information and click Next.
Enter Applicant Contact Information and click Next.
Confirm Site Location and click Next.
Enter Homeowner Information and click Next.
Enter Utility Information and click Next.
Enter Partner Information and click Next.
Enter Household Member Information and click Next.
If applicable, enter Household Member Income.
Review all of the following information entered for this Application and click Next.
Click +New Document to upload any documentation and click Next.
Sign your application by selecting Proceed to eSignature.
Confirm application completion and close window.
Click Next to download the application for customer signature. Note: Pop-up blockers may prevent users from downloading the pdf.
View an Application via MyEnergy
Open MyEnergy and click My Projects.
Open application by clicking on Application Number Hyperlink.
View an Application via MyEnergy that I don't see in My In-Progress Applications
Open MyEnergy, type Customer Last Name and Application Number, and click Find Application.
Click Launch Application.
