  1. Start by running Credential Manager. Press the start button and type in credential manager at the search bar


     2. Click on Windows Credentials and remove whatever is causing you an issue by scrolling through the ‘Generic Credentials’ list.

     3. Click on what you want to change and select edit to type in a new username or remove to take it away completely.
