iOS: NYSERDA App Store

NYSERDA has its very own mobile application store where staff can discover, download, and install a wide variety of pre-approved apps on NYSERDA mobile devices. If you can't find the application you need, submit a service desk ticket or call (x4357) or email (servicedesk@nyserda.ny.gov) the Service Desk requesting it be added to the NYSERDA mobile app store.

Access the mobile application store via the Hub application. This app is pre-installed on all NYSERDA mobile devices.

Log into Hub with the passcode you set at first login. If you have forgotten your passcode, reset it by clicking the Forgot Passwordbutton and logging in with your NYSERDA password.

 Once logged in you are presented with New and Recommended apps but can search for any app or navigate to them using the Categories option.

After locating the correct app, install by clicking the Install button. Please allow ~5 minutes for the system to deliver the app requested.
