Chrome: Showing the Bookmarks Bar

Showing the bookmarks bar in Chrome. 

Open Chrome.

Click on the three dots icon on the far-righthand side followed by "Bookmarks" and "Show bookmarks bar"

Once selected you will see that the bookmarks bar is now visible below.
