Adobe Acrobat: Logging into Adobe Acrobat DC

This page outlines the system instructions required to log into Adobe Acrobat DC. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC requires a login to the application before opening, printing, editing or working with PDFs. This login expires occasionally and will need to repeated if you are unable to work with PDFs.

Launch Adobe Acrobat DC and in the upper right, select Sign In.

Select the Sign In Now button in the lower right of the pop up that appears.

Your sign-in requires your NYSERDA email address and your Adobe password . The password is not the same as your NYSERDA password and was established when you first activated your Adobe Acrobat DC license.

If you've forgotten your Adobe password, you can click the Forgot password? link.  This will ask for your email address and will send you a link to reset your password.

Once you have your password, click Sign In and you'll be logged into Adobe acrobat.
