Chrome: Clear old or expired saved passwords on your Devices

To clear old/stale passwords that are locking your NYSERDA account follow the steps below: 

Chrome: 

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click the Profile icon.

Then click the Passwords icon.

Select the three horizontal dots and click "delete" next to every entry that uses your NYSERDA username/email address or if the site has NYSERDA in its name.

Microsoft Edge: 

If you use Edge, or have ever used Edge, please open that browser and select three horizontal dots in the top right hand corner:

Then select "Settings" towards the bottom.

Click the "Passwords" option.

Select the three horizontal dots and click "delete" next to every entry that uses your NYSERDA username/email address or if the site has NYSERDA in its name.

Firefox: 

Open Firefox and in the upper right hand corner click the three horizonal lines:

Then click "Settings" towards the bottom of the list:

On the menu that comes up, click the "Privacy & Security" tab on the right hand side, then scroll down to "Logins and Passwords" and click "Saved Logins…"

Select each site that has your NYSERDA username or email address listed and then select "Remove" towards the right hand side.
