placeholderCapital planning is a critical tool for any real estate asset manager looking to project his or her long-term investment plan. As such, capital planning is a critical step in the decarbonization roadmap process. EBC participants are developing decarbonization-focused capital plans, and NYSERDA wants to see a financial analysis of those plans compared to business as usual to inform its EBC funding decisions. The Strategic Decarbonization Assessment (SDA) is how EBC participants quantify and share their decarbonization plans with NYSERDA.
