You can use an existing digital ID if you have one; if not, you can Configure a New Digital ID, save it to a file, and enter the requested information (leave the default choices as they are).

Download the document, saving it locally and open it in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  If you do not have an Acrobat Pro DC license, contact the Service Desk about getting one.
