Before your device can be supported by the NYSERDA Google Enterprise instance, it must first be enrolled.  Here's how to do it:

Turn on the Chromebook and follow the on-screen instructions until you see a sign-in screen:

  • If the initial sign-in screen is the Chromebook sign-in, proceed to step 2.

  • If the initial sign-in screen is the Enterprise Enrollment sign-in, proceed to step 3.

UI Step

Choose either option below to access the Enterprise Enrollment sign-in:

  • Press Ctrl+Alt+E

           or

  • Click "More options" "Enterprise enrollment"

Enter the username and password from your Google admin welcome letter on the Enterprise Enrollment screen.

UI Step

When you get a confirmation message that the device is successfully enrolled, click Done.

UI Step

The screen will revert to the Chromebook sign-in. Sign into the Chromebook using the same login and password used to log into the Enterprise Enrollment.
