Open the OneDrive application on your computer/VM.

In the Windows explorer expand the "the New York State Office of Information Technology Services" to  to view the SharePoint sites that you are synched to. Select the site you wish to work with and then double click on the document you'd like to work with. In this example we see the "SharePoint Training – Documents" site and the documents "AddUsers".

Once the document your will see that the "the AutoSave" option  option is on so that your edits are made and saved automatically back to OneDrive and then auto synced back to the SharePoint site.
