Followed Sites
Warning | ||
---|---|---|
| ||
The below instructions are best used for Internal SharePoint sites as the Follow functionality does not always immediately establish a connection between your Office365.com account and the external SharePoint site. This is due to how the external SharePoint sites are set up for external resource access. While you can Follow external SharePoint sites, please note that it can take a couple of days or weeks for the connection to be made. Sites with more Document Libraries, shared documents, Sub-Sites or complex permission sets take longer to as SharePoint will need to index the site first before the connection can be established. |

The Site Contents section of your SharePoint site allows users to view all your site's components and sub-sites. This is a helpful tool when site components do not appear on the left-hand navigation pane or if you need to access a sub-site to your existing site. |
