Microsoft Office has enabled closed captioning in the PowerPoint Office365 environment. This will allow individuals with hearing impairment to impairment to read along with presentations. |
Note |

It is best not to choose bottom or top overlaid for closed caption positioning because it will cover text on the presentation. Choose closed caption positioning above or below the slide. |
