Introduction 

Microsoft Office has enabled closed captioning in the PowerPoint Office365 environment. This will allow individuals with hearing impairment to read along with presentations rather than listening. 


Note

It is best not to choose bottom or top overlaid for closed caption positioning because it will cover text of on the slide during the presentation. Chose Choose closed caption positioning above or below the slide -  will be the optimal choices .
