From your home computer, open a web browser (NYSERDA recommends Google Chrome) and navigate to www.office.com.

Click "Click Sign in" and  and enter your NYSERDA email address.

You'll then be redirected to NYSERDA's secure login page.  Enter your NYSERDA username and NYSERDA password.
