Enter in the ten-digit phone number or four-digit NYSERDA extension you want to forward your line to, making sure for external numbers to enter 81+areacode.

**Note: If the phone does not allow you to enter a number after the 81, please submit an IT Support - Desk Phone Service Desk Request to enable a setting that allows call forwarding to a ten-digit number.
