  1. From your desk phone click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.

  2. Enter in the ten-digit phone number or four-digit NYSERDA extension you want to forward your line to, making sure for external numbers to enter 81+areacode. If the phone does not allow you to enter a number after the 81, please submit an "IT Support - Desk Phone" Service Desk request to enable a setting that allows call forwarding to a ten-digit number.

  4. Once the forwarding is complete the number will appear at the bottom left of the phone screen.



  5. To undue the call forwarding click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
