This page provides guidance on how to launch the Outlook Web App (OWA).

Launch your preferred web browser (NYSERDA IT recommends Google Chrome) and type the address https://www.office.com.

Click on the blue Sign in button.

Enter in your NYSERDA Email address and then click on the blue Next button.

Enter your NYSERDA network Username and Password and click on the grey Submit button.

Choose which method you would like to use for your one-time Security code.  Once you’ve selected the option best suited for you click on the blue “Submit” button.

  1. Time-based Passcode – SecureAuth OTP Mobile App.  – This option allows you to use the SecureAuth Passcode application if you have it configured.
  2. SMS/Text – This option will send a text message to your NYSERDA-issued cell phone.
  3. Email XXXXX@nyserda.ny.gov – This option will send a one-time code to your NYSERDA email.

Enter in the One-Time code that you were sent and then click on the blue Submit button

Now you are at the Office 365 Portal. You can install the Office365 applications on your home computer here, as well as access Office applications through the browser. To access your mail, click the box labeled Outlook from the left hand navigation.
